Thank you for shopping with Julia & Santos. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

📦 Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns requested after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

💳 Store Credit Only

All approved returns will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not offer to the original form of payment.

🔁 No Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You may return your item for store credit and place a new order with the credit once it has been issued.

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We now offer pre-paid return shipping labels through our return portal to make the return process easier for you.

  • If you added Return Guard at checkout for $1.97, your return shipping label is free — no extra cost, no hassle.

  • If you did not add Return Guard, we will still provide you with a return shipping label. However, you will be invoiced separately for the cost of the label.

Please request your return within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

🕵️♀️ Return Inspection Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for signs of wear, damage, or misuse. All items must be:

  • In their original, unworn condition

  • Free of damage, marks, stains, odors, or signs of use

  • Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)

After inspection, we will notify you by email of the approval or denial of your return. Approved returns will be processed as store credit within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Final Sale Items

All SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
