📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Julia & Santos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing after delivery, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly
